esigned for total beginners, this workshop is for those that want to try salsa dancing in a fun and relaxed environment. Roy will introduce you to the exotic and popular rhythm of salsa, starting with body isolation and basic steps to leading and following techniques, basic turns and getting around the dance floor. You will be ready to hit the dance floor and enjoy these exotic rhythms.
In our four-week courses we teach the fundamentals of a yoga practice - postures, breath works, meditation and relaxation. By the end of the course you will have the confidence to join a regular class, but also the fundamentals to practice at home.

Welcome to this Shamanic Breath Journey Workshop with Iggy and Ella where we connect deeply with our breath in a conscious connected way. We open the potential to unlock higher states of being, we welcome all sensation and all emotions, on the path to releasing patterns and blockages in the body that are holding us back from living to our fullest, most authentic self.
Our Mum's and Bubs classes are perfect for new mum's with babies up to the age of one to enjoy an hour of ‘me time’. Our classes focus on strengthening and supporting your body without too much pressure.
Practicing meditation is claimed to bring about a deeper sense of calmness by resting our nervous system. It helps to create greater self-awareness and bring a new perspective to your day. Meditation takes us away from our daily distractions in order to bring a new sense to how we see our day.
This class is focused on post natal mothers, and women returning to exercise after a break away. When returning to exercise it’s extremely important to respect your body and take the time to strengthen the body properly to prevent abdominal separation or bladder leakage.
