Rosie Grimwood

Namaste, I am Rosie, originally from the UK – After seeing some amazing sights around the world, I decided to put down my roots in NZ.

I first came across Yoga when I was around 15 years old in India. I have been practicing yoga for around 16 years and I have recently qualified as a Yoga Teacher!

I am extremely passionate about teaching people how to slow down in a fast paced world – guiding and teaching how to calm the mind and body.

I teach fast-paced flows, to calming, nourishing Yin. My favourite class is a combination of the two, so I am extremely excited to guide you through a fusion Class, where Yin meets Yang.

Lauren Appleton

Lauren Appleton has spent the last 20 years practising many different styles of yoga, and brings these influences into her own teachings. She trained at the renowned Byron Yoga Centre in Australia and has evolved her own Hatha-fusion style which she teaches with a focus on alignment and breath. Based on the Kapiti Coast, she is a mother of two young children, and knows all too well that amongst the hustle and bustle of a busy life we all need to carve out a little space for ourselves.
Lauren believes that yoga really can be for everyone, and that creating a little space in our lives to regularly refocus on our breath and body can be hugely beneficial for our overall wellbeing.

Kelley Oliver

Working for many years as a Hairdresser and putting her body through grueling demands, Kelley discovered Yoga almost 20 years ago and found the benefits of a dedicated practice hugely helped with restoring the body’s natural alignment.

Drawing from a variety of lives lived off the mat, Kelley brings a unique perspective to those who seek more from their time on the yoga mat than just making shapes.

Educated by globally renowned teachers, including Gabrielle Harris and Sarah Powers, Kelley specialises in a style of functional Yin, fuelled by a desire to embrace a quiet contemplative practice.

Kelley brings authenticity and a love of yoga to the mat and hopes to see you soon.
