Process for failed payment & hot to avoid fees2023-01-25T01:08:08+00:00

The main reasons for failed payments are:

1. Insufficient funds in the account. Payments go through around 12:30am on the scheduled payment day.

2. Card has expired/been deactivated (you will need to contact us ASAP to update your details and avoid fees)

3. Incorrect card details entered

4. Card entered not allowed by system

If your payment fails to go through you will receive an automatic email to your email address linked with your account.

We will then contact you to let you know how much is owing and how you can pay.

Payrix incurs a $4.60 bank charge for failed transactions. Wild Wellbeing will charge a fee of $7.50 for failed transactions after 3 failed payments, this will be added onto your next weekly membership payment and you will be notified by email.

To avoid fees we recommend:

1. Setting a reminder the night before your payment is due to ensure there are sufficient funds in your account

2. Notifying us ASAP if your nominated card is expiring/deactivated

What if I have never done yoga or pilates?2021-12-27T03:28:53+00:00

All levels are welcome! Please let the teacher know so we can best serve you. We recommend doing one of the following classes as a first timer: yoga beginners, yin yoga, slow flow, pilates beginners.

Coming for the first time?2021-12-29T23:33:53+00:00

Arrive 10 minutes early, to check in for your class.
Please bring a towel to all classes. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat. Yoga mats are also available for use at the studio. It is advised to bring water, especially for sweaty classes like barre.
We have bathrooms available for your use.
Entry into class is not permitted once the class has started
Our teachers are more than happy to modify movements to your ability. Please let the teachers know if you are pregnant or have any injuries before class.
If you need to change or cancel your spot in class, please ensure you do so at least outside the late 8 hour cancellation period.

What about injuries?2021-12-27T03:25:58+00:00

Although yoga’s generally considered a fairly safe form of exercise, injuries can occur when students don’t take appropriate modifications or try and force their bodies into postures they’re not ready for. This is why it’s so important to honour what your body needs, every time you step on the mat. However, injuries can also be one of our best teachers as they force us to slow down, modify and listen to our bodies.
If you have any pre-existing conditions, please speak to your doctor or physiotherapist before coming to class.

How often should I practise?2021-12-27T03:25:44+00:00

For posture, flexibility and general strength we recommend attending a minimum of 3 classes per week.

Can I cancel a class that I have already booked?2021-12-27T03:25:31+00:00

Yes, please cancel more than 8 hours before the class starts. Any cancellations within this time period will automatically be deducted.

Can i bring my kids?2023-01-25T00:56:43+00:00

We do not have any child minding facilities in the studio. If your child is quiet and behaved, they can sit in the room, however we cannot take any responsibility for them. We ask you to clean up any mess your child may have made.

What’s the minimum age to practice?2023-01-25T00:53:53+00:00

Our classes are aimed at adults and teens. Kids 12 or older are welcome to join with a parent or guardian. We also offer kids classes.

Teens over 16 years of age are welcome to join classes on their own.

Do I need to book into a class?2021-12-27T03:20:48+00:00

We highly recommend that you book into your classes as all classes have a maximum capacity, and not only that, it enables you to arrive at the studio, ensure your spot is reserved and check into class with ease.

Eating before coming to class?2021-12-27T03:20:35+00:00

It is best to avoid eating anything too heavy approximately 2 hours before your yoga class as you will likely be in postures where you are twisting, bending and potentially lying on your stomach. We also recommend that you hydrate yourself by drinking plenty of water during and after class.

Can I practice if I am pregnant?2021-12-27T03:20:23+00:00

Of course! Yoga and Pilates can be great forms of exercise pre and post natal. However, there are some postures which we recommend that you avoid, so please make sure you tell the teacher before class so they can best serve you. Always check with your doctor in advance and ensure it is safe for you to practice, avoid twists and modify poses as necessary.

However, we do not recommend you participate in barre, especially in your first trimester. We ask that you please inform your teacher before class so they are aware of your pregnancy and at what stage you’re in. It is at your teacher’s discretion whether you are admitted to practice.

What do I wear?2021-12-27T03:19:42+00:00
  • Comfortable clothing that you can move and sweat in.
  • Fitted, active gym gear, i.e. tights or shorts and a singlet.
  • We practice in bare feet so please leave shoes at the studio entrance.
What should I bring?2021-12-29T23:33:07+00:00

Please bring a towel to all classes. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat. Yoga mats are also available for use at the studio. It is advised to bring water, especially for sweaty classes like barre.

How do I book into a class?2023-01-17T08:21:57+00:00
