  • Colour Visualisation – Immerse yourself in the soothing green hues – the colour associated with Anahata – the Heart Chakra. Feel the energy flow and rejuvenate your spirit. Feel free to wear or bring along something green that you love.
  • Breathwork – Cultivate compassion and self-love through mindful breath awareness.
  • Guided Meditation – Connect with your inner sanctuary, allowing love and acceptance to blossom.
  • Release Emotional Blockages – Yin Yoga can support the release of emotional knots leaving you feeling lighter and more open hearted.

Why the Heart Chakra?

  • As this workshop is just around the time of Mothers Day, we acknowledge that this can bring up lots of emotions – be it for a beloved, estranged, deceased or difficult relationship with a Mother.
