We’re a little studio in Paraparaumu Beach, run by two locals who fell in love with movement and never quite recovered.

There’s a class for every body and every kind of day — whether you’re brand new, easing back in, expecting, parenting, or just need an hour away from your phone.

Yoga

Breathe in. Breathe out. Find a bit of space — in your hips, your shoulders, your overstuffed week. Brand new or twenty years in, there’s a flow with your name on it.

Pilates

Stronger core. Kinder back. Better posture for all that hunching over your phone. Mat-based, no-impact, surprisingly hard, oddly addictive.

Yin Yoga

The slow one. Long holds, soft light, deep release — where the body finally puts down all the things it’s been lugging around like an oversized handbag.

Barre

Fast. Fun. A little bit cheeky. Pilates meets ballet meets cardio. Pretty much guarantees a sweat. Definitely guarantees you’ll laugh halfway through.

The eve of the Winter Solstice is one of the most potent moments of the year — a natural threshold between what was and what's coming. We want to mark it with you. On Saturday 20 June, we're coming together for a special 90-minute practice woven from gentle somatic movement, vinyasa and yin, held within breathwork designed to help you slow down, drop in and move with intention.

We're running our very first Wild 20 Challenge — 20 days of movement, community, and magic right here on the Kāpiti Coast. Whether you've been wanting to try yoga, Pilates, Barre or meditation — or you're already a studio regular who's ready to commit — this challenge is for you.

Yoga Beginners Course

July 15 @ 7:15 pm - 8:30 pm

In our four-week courses we teach the fundamentals of a yoga practice - postures, breath works, meditation and relaxation. By the end of the course you will have the confidence to join a regular class, but also the fundamentals to practice at home.
