Meditation 4 week Immersion

If you want to explore meditation and how it could work in your life, or if you just want to find some techniques to stop, pause and get present, then come and join us for this four week meditation practice. Over the four weeks we will explore different meditation practices, we will discuss how they felt for you and you will have the opportunity to find a way into meditation that suits you. Each week we will explore a types of meditation practices and spend some time in stillness.
