Life asks a lot of us. Between work, whānau and everything else, it’s easy to get pulled off-centre without noticing, until one day we feel it.
This 2.5-hour practice is a chance to pause and find your footing again. Helen will guide you through a yoga fusion practice that weaves together postures, breathwork, mantra and meditation. It gives the body and mind space to settle and return to centre.
In the second part of the afternoon we’ll play, focusing on balancing poses. It’s lighthearted and curious, with no pressure to get it “right.” If there’s a balancing pose you’ve always wanted to explore, bring it along. This is your chance to go a little deeper with support.
The practice is for all levels. Whether balance comes easily to you or you wobble in tree pose (most of us do!), there’s a place for you on the mat.
Spaces are limited, so book early to save yours.
