Kasia has been a Yoga, Pilates & Barre teacher for over 10 years. Recently she completed additional training in pregnancy and post natal exercise. As a mum of two young kids, 3 & 5, she understands how important it is for the self to return to exercise but understands that we need to slowly develop the strength in the right way to prevent long term damage.
