Over the four weeks we will explore different meditation practices, we will discuss how they felt for you and you will have the opportunity to find a way into meditation that suits you. Each week we will explore a types of meditation practices and spend some time in stillness.

What is meditation – Meditation is a wonderful practice that helps us respond in a positive way to the many pushes and pulls we experience. It helps keep us real and on our path. Meditation is a practice to connect the mind and the body, bringing mental and physical peace, or as I like to think, to bring Grace into our lives.
There is much research and years of anecdotal evidence that continues to extol the benefits of meditation. Being still takes practice and over time will become more natural.
