Work deep into the muscle over 90 minutes and learn techniques you can take home with notes. Decrease pain, enhance performance and allow for greater range of movement.

The fascia is a densely woven fabric of connective tissue within our bodies that holds us together. It wraps around every muscle, tendon, ligament, bone and organ. When the fascia becomes tight it can inhibit movement and cause pain.

In this practical workshop you will learn about fascia, the role it plays within the body and a variety of fascia release techniques.

Rough guide:
– 20 minutes of gentle breathing, yoga flow and relaxation for the mind and body
– Trigger point massage with the ball in upper body areas and stretches (30 minutes: neck, shoulders and upper back).
– Massaging trigger points on the lower body, combined with stretching (30 minutes: lower back, hips, ITB, legs and feet).
– Blissful guided meditation at the end (10 minutes)
