Vinyasa Yoga
Our vinyasa yoga class introduces new poses of a more intermediate/advanced level, while still focusing on alignment and breathing techniques.
This class is fun and dynamic, whilst incorporating creative sequencing, anatomical focus and traditional teaching. Each class is a great workout leaving you both inspired both physically and mentally.
This class is suitable for all levels from beginners to advanced practitioners.
Yoga Beginners
Yoga Beginners breaks down the fundamentals of yoga asana (postures) and pranayama (breath work), and explores the benefits of (relaxation and meditation). By doing so, we build a strong foundation.
These classes are geared towards all levels.
Pilates
If you are thinking mat Pilates isn’t exciting enough…. think again!
Set to awesome tunes, this mat based class is a non-impact, full body workout that focuses on core muscles, as well as toning for the legs, bum and arms, increasing spinal mobility and flexibility.
– If it is your first ever Pilates class or you have any injuries please inform your teacher of injuries or pregnancy. We recommend completing the pilates beginners program prior.
Barre
Pilates Barre is a high intensity style of pilates which offers a complete body workout. We combing traditional dance movement with pilates using weights, theraloops, chi balls and a ballet barre.
Our classes are loads of fun, fast paced and offer a great fusion of cardio and strength! Bring a towel and get ready to sweat!
Our barre classes are challenging however they are accessible to a range of ages and fitness levels as everyone is encouraged to take it at their own pace. We do recommend trying our regular Pilates classes first.
Yin Yoga
Yin is based on ancient Chinese philosophies and Taoist principles which believe there are pathways of energy that run through our bodies. These classes aim to release tension in the fascia, connective tissue, joints, and muscles, often built up over a lifetime.
The majority of the class is spent in seated or reclined postures which are held for approximately 3-5 minutes.
These classes are suitable for all levels and are a perfect complement to our more ‘yang’ vinyasa flow and fitness classes. You will leave feeling amazing!
Mums and Bubs Pilates
Our Mums and Bubs classes are perfect for new mums with babies up to the age of one to enjoy an hour of ‘me time’. Our classes focus on strengthening and supporting your body without too much pressure.
We specialise in flexibility – we get it, babies are unpredictable – so don’t be afraid to come along, bring your adorable bub and give it a go.
It is important to check with your midwife, GP or obstetrician first to see if you have any risks which may limit your exercise ability.
Meditation
Our guided meditation classes use breath awareness, visualisation and other meditation and mindfulness techniques to offer students the opportunity to develop self awareness and clarity of mind. Seated meditation is a beautiful and immensely beneficial practice suitable for absolutely anyone, from seasoned meditators and complete beginners.
