The eve of the Winter Solstice is one of the most potent moments of the year — a natural threshold between what was and what’s coming. We want to mark it with you.
On Saturday 20 June, we’re coming together for a special 90-minute practice woven from gentle somatic movement, vinyasa and yin, held within breathwork designed to help you slow down, drop in and move with intention.
This is your invitation to:
– Identify what you’re ready to release from the past six months
– Welcome what you want to call in as the days begin to lengthen
– Move, breathe and pause — together
This is a donation class. All proceeds go directly to Women’s Refuge. Minimum $20 donation — give what you can.
No experience needed. All bodies, all levels — you are so welcome here.
