Our Mum’s and Bubs classes are perfect for new mum’s with babies up to the age of one to enjoy an hour of ‘me time’. Our classes focus on strengthening and supporting your body without too much pressure.
We specialise in flexibility – we get it, babies are unpredictable – so don’t be afraid to come along, bring your adorable bub and give it a go.
It is important to check with your midwife, GP or obstetrician first to see if you have any risks which may limit your exercise ability.
10 week block 12-1pm Thursday’s. Starting 27th April!
Only $100 for 8 session.
We’ve structured it so you aren’t pressured into making every week. We are mum’s and get it! If you are able to make all 10 sessions, extra sessions can be purchased individually 🙂
