In this foundational five week course we will guide you through the basic Mat Pilates sequence. Providing you with guidance and encouragement while helping you realize personal goals and developing an understanding of how Pilates is beneficial to you.
This course is designed for complete beginners, or those who may have practised in the past and are looking for a way back to regular routine. The classes will follow the Pilates mat series of exercises so you will be able to observe your own development as you get to grips with this fun and surprisingly demanding system. Regular Pilates will leave you feeling stronger, more flexible with a powerful core and you will notice an improved posture whilst sitting, standing and walking.
