We love sharing yoga with everyone, especially children!
Our classes are fun-filled and playfully instructed by highly qualified teachers who are passionate about kids and yoga!
Over the course of 10 weeks, your child will use stories, play, partner work and group activities to explore:
– yoga asana
– breathwork
– fun mindfulness activities
– meditation techniques

We include, songs, games, story-time, crafts, and balancing poses as well some Zen time, so that your littlie leaves feeling confident, calm and centered. For the older groups we also include things like empowerment techniques, self-compassion, stress management activities, journaling, dream boards and sharing circles.
With everything kids have to deal with in their generation: social media, internet, screens, increased stress, global pandemics. We want to give them the skills to cope and flourish.
The Dalai Lama once said, “If every 8 year old in the world is taught meditation, we will eliminate violence from the world within one generation.”
