Yoga

Flow through yoga poses (“asana”) while still focusing on alignment and breathing techniques.

Pilates

A non-impact, full body workout that focuses on core muscles, as well as toning for the legs, bum and arms, increasing spinal mobility and flexibility.

Yin Yoga

During this class you will release tension in the fascia, connective tissue, joints, and muscles, often built up over a lifetime.

Barre

A high intensity style of pilates that are loads of fun, fast paced and offer a great fusion of cardio and a complete body workout.

Yoga Beginners Course

In our four-week courses we teach the fundamentals of a yoga practice - postures, breath works, meditation and relaxation. By the end of the course you will have the confidence to join a regular class, but also the fundamentals to practice at home.
