DESCRIPTION:Welcome to this Shamanic Breath Journey Workshop with Iggy and Ella where we connect deeply with our breath in a conscious connected way. We open the potential to unlock higher states of being\, we welcome all sensation and all emotions\, on the path to releasing patterns and blockages in the body that are holding us back from living to our fullest\, most authentic self. \nEvery experience is unique and welcome! This session is also great for first timers to the practice. \nThis breathwork session is for all\, we are here to support you in this transformational journey. Our breathwork modality uses a conscious connected breath\, and what brings the shamanic element is the container we set and the intention we put on the space. \nThis 2 hour journey will include opening and introduction\, intention setting\, guided meditation\, breath journey\, integration and closing. \nLet’s breathe together as we welcome in all we deserve to receive! \nWhen: Sunday 12th Feb\, 1-3pm\nPrice: $35 (Early Bird $30\, if before Feb 10th). DESCRIPTION:A heart warming cacao and movement experience. \nWe will call in the spirit of cacao and connect to the heartbeat of the earth as we move and channel to our highest creative selves. SUMMARY:Journey into Serenity
DESCRIPTION:Yin yoga and sound healing come together to create this deeply relaxing and healing experience. \nGeorgina will guide you through 90-minutes of yin yoga focusing on restorative poses that are intended for you to receive the healing vibration of sound.  While in the poses Shanthi will use a wide range of healing sound instruments including singing bowls\, koshi chimes and ocean drum along with her voice to guide you deeper into peace\, relaxation and stillness.  The healing vibration of the sound will wash over you bringing clearing\, balance and alignment. \nYin yoga focuses on floor poses which work into the deeper connective tissues of the body.  Poses are held for anywhere between 3 – 5 minutes to allow for an opening in the body\, the perfect way to receive the sound vibrations.  Yin yoga invites us into stillness giving space for the mind and body to relax and release tension and stress. \nWhether you are a regular to Georgina’s yin classes at the studio or looking to try something new\, this evening will guide you through a journey into a sense of serenity.  Everyone is welcome. \nFriday 7.30pm – 9pm | 10th June | $35 \nMembers get 15% off! \nBook here: https://bit.ly/3sGAunQ \nMeet the teachers: \nGeorgina came to yoga following a major change in her life. After being introduced to meditation she found a calmness and awareness in her life that she had never experienced before and decided to leave her marketing career to follow this path. She has completed over 1\,000 hours in yoga teacher trainings\, and with her husband designed and built Azadi Retreat\, a yoga retreat center in Bali. She has taught internationally with her Yoga School Inner Yoga Training but has been based in Wellington for the last couple of years where she is from. As well as an E-RYT200 qualified yoga teacher\, Georgina is a certified Life Mastery Consultant and Mindfulness teacher and is passionate about helping people find their passion in life and live a life they truly love. Georgina brings a warm heart and openness to her teaching and loves introducing people to the benefits of mindfulness\, meditation and yin yoga. \nShanti came to explore sound and healing when she had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in the 1990s.  Sound\, Vibration\, Voice work and Energy healing were an essential part of her full recovery and she went on to study and train extensively in each of these areas. \nShe now offers a number of transformational group and one to one experiences including Heartsong circles\, Voice Empowerment Coaching\, Power Song co- creation\, Sound Healing and Reiki.  You can read more about these at www.facebook.com/heartsongofawakening

DESCRIPTION:We love sharing yoga with everyone\, especially children!\nOur classes are fun-filled and playfully instructed by highly qualified teachers who are passionate about kids and yoga!\nOver the course of 10 weeks\, your child will use stories\, play\, partner work and group activities to explore:\n– yoga asana\n– breathwork\n– fun mindfulness activities\n– meditation techniques\nWe include\, songs\, games\, story-time\, crafts\, and balancing poses as well some Zen time\, so that your littlie leaves feeling confident\, calm and centered. For the older groups we also include things like empowerment techniques\, self-compassion\, stress management activities\, journaling\, dream boards and sharing circles.\nWith everything kids have to deal with in their generation: social media\, internet\, screens\, increased stress\, global pandemics.
